Wear and tear
We take pride in crafting bags that are unique and cool, while also maintaining quality. If you experience product quality issues that are the result of craftsmanship error, contact us right away. We will be happy to fix any issues. We hope that you love our products to death, but we are unable to offer any warranties for standard wear and tear. However, if you need a bag repaired, we will do whatever we can to repair it at a fair price.
Don't like the style?
We do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with the style. Our goal is to provide climbers with unique, hand-made gear at a reasonable price. In order to keep prices fair, we try and maintain a small inventory at all times. This means that certain styles might be sold out before returns or exchanges can be made.
Returns based on print satisfaction.
Our "I LIKE ROCKS" tees are printed using linoleum blocks carved by us or the artists we employ. We also print every shirt ourselves. While we do our best to maintain consistent results from shirt to shirt, there will always be slight differences between shirts. A shirt might have printing that is faded relative then the next, or there might be splotches of ink around the design that don't exist on other shirts. The result is unique style where every shirt is 1/1. We like this style, and we hope you do too. We cannot accept returns due to dissatisfaction with the print quality.
Our shirts run closer in size to typical men's sizes. If you would like to exchange a shirt for a new size, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to have your return process. Please expect to cover the return shipment, we will cover the cost of shipping out the new size.
If we made a mistake and either sent the wrong design, color, size, from what was ordered, we will gladly cover the return shipping.
